Seal and paint at the same time! Seals and paints any surface you can think of. Wood, any kind of metal, walls, even slick glass. You don't need to seal the piece first, because you mix the sealer directly with the colour so it goes on as you basecoat or decorate.

Produce fine crazed or crackled patterns to make your finished pieces look many years old. The size of the cracks is determined by the amount of Crackle Medium you apply after your piece is dry to touch. Completely durable. Cracked pieces will not chip off.

Add lifelike texture and relief to your decorations. Like all the other mediums it mixes directly with your colours and will not affect the pigments. Apply easily with paper towel, palette knife or brush.

Slow down the drying time of the paint so you can have longer to work the piece. For Antiquing, allow your painted piece to dry for 8 hours, then apply Antiquing Medium mixed with your final colour choice. When no wet spots are visible wipe off where you want the highlights to be.

Protect your finished piece with two satin sheen coats of this beautiful varnish that actually cleans up in water! The second coat even takes care of accidental streaking. Clear & non-yellowing. For serving trays,etc. 4 coats are needed.

Mix this medium with Jo Sonja's Artists' colours to make a translucent, decorative glass and tile painting medium. You bake painted items in the oven to ensure the adhesion.
Note: Hand washing of decorated items is recommended in warm water. Do not soak the item as hot water softens the design. As item cools, the design will harden again.
